Udon from Kim Chi Korean

Had this Seafood Udon Soup from Kim Chi Korean Delight. It’s perfect for the chilly nights that we’ve been having these past few evenings.  I have a love affair with noodle soups. I love the Filipino versions of it – mami, lomi, etc. – but I also love the Vietnamese pho, Japanese ramen and udon, and Chinese noodle soups, too.

My husband knows this about me, of course, and we agree on having a noodle soup dinner most times.  However, I almost always finish my bowl, his bowl, and my daughter’s bowls, too. I eat so much that you’d be hard-pressed to find corsets that would fit around my middle afterwards.

I love noodle soups, don’t you?
