
This Lenten season, you will most likely find me having this meal most every Friday. Personally, I am really thankful to some fastfood chains like McDonalds for including items like these in their menu. Not only is it the easiest way to stay true to our vow of fasting and abstinence, but it can also be a great way towards learning how to reduce belly fat by choosing this over the usual Big Macs and Quarter Pounders. It’s a blessed win-win situation, don’t you think?
