This is Halo-Halo. Composed of a mix of different ingredients like sweet mung beans, nata de coco, kaong, crispy rice (pinipig), ube, and leche flan topped over shaved ice with two scoops of ice cream on top, it is undoubtedly one of my most favorite desserts of all time. Can you just taste how special it is? It is so over the top delicious, it’s almost like putting Ferrari parts on a basic Honda.
