We spent the weekend at Fort Desoto’s East Beach with some friends. I took this snapshot just before a thunderstorm rudely interrupted our little party. Anyway, at least we managed to catch a few rays, as well as cook up some barbecue before the heavy rains came pouring down.
This is the fourth time we’ve gone to the beach in the past month. What can I say? We live for the beach! I’m still a little disappointed that we never got to explore North Carolina when we lived there a while back. I heard that Outer Banks rentals are the best way to go. Oh well, we’ll never really know where these beach bums of ours takes us next.
