Sliced Bread.
They say its the best invention, ever.
When I was growing up, sliced bread had a different name – pan. Others called it “tasty”. What did you call it?
Here at home, like sliced american cheese and sliced cold cuts, we are never without sliced bread – at least the whole wheat kind. And for my daughter, she simply calls it tinapay.

Rice is still my staple though
Pan is what I call them growing up.. It’s never absent in my kitchen
