Last Tuesday, I spoke about the couples whose marriage I admired. For FabFinds Thursday, hands down, I would still include in this list of the couples whose fashion sense I admire, one of the couples I mentioned there. They are just the total package for me.
Barack and Michelle Obama
I admire their simple but elegant style, especially Mrs. Obama. I think she’s the only first lady I can remember who isn’t afraid to wear bright colors - since most first ladies tended to wear boring, monochromatic ensembles. And President Obama, who apparently shops for the same pair of shoes every time, is so pogi whether he is in his work clothes, formal clothes, or casual clothes. Totally, a total package.
Raymart and Claudine Santiago
I’m not particularly a fan of Claudine (although I used to like the movies she and Rico Yan did together) but, since the topic is choosing a couple hubby and I can most relate with fashion-wise, I chose them. Why? First, because my husband is like Raymart – very casual, low-maintenance, but looks super dapper when he does dress up. And me, I think I may be a lot like Claudine – a little wild pre-nuptial but getting classier by the day, hehe! And that includes our eyebrows, too, haha!
