
I love anything on a stick – hotdogs, bbq, mallows, fruit – but, super graphic memories of grilled corn on Mines View Park prompted me to prompt my hubby to make these yummy carbs on a stick.
After eating a plainly grilled one, my next one was slathered in sweet cream butter and parmesan cheese (an idea I got from Nell), plus a little sprinkle of chili powder. My mouth waters now at the mere thought, haha!
I guess my hubby was happy that I didn’t get super graphic memories of Elar’s Lechon instead, hehe.
