Just to get the guesswork out of the way, whenever I have a craving for (almost) authentic pho, my destination would (most likely always) be Pho Hoa. With branches all over the US (and the world, too) there’s guaranteed to be one in my area.
After a salon trip with my girls last Friday, Pho Hoa was our unanimous choice for lunch. Since I wasn’t really in the mood for hot noodle soup that day, I had grilled porckchops instead.

That one little slice of the chop to the right was actually a little too small for my appetite, hehe! I did enjoy the sides, too.

My friends Sheng and Ellaine had the grilled salmon.

And my friend Macky, who’s supposedly on a diet, only had these spring rolls. Wooshoo!

My Mocha Bubble tea was great, though. But it did put me in the mood for some Starbucks coffee, particularly a Cafe Mocha!
I know there are better Vietnamese pho restaurants around but until I find “my noodle house” I can work with this for now.
PS. Of course, we had to take home noodle soups “for our hubbies”, too. Hehe!
