Why illusion? Apparently, the rounded woven insets create the illusion of falling coils. (In unison, everyone: “oh i see!”). I love the cream leather and the dark silvertone hardware. I also love just seeing something that’s not entirely woven coming from Bottega Venetta. It keeps the people guessing: “is it? isn’t it?”.
