A friend of mine recently returned from a trip to the Philippines and, bless her heart, brought back some yummy pinoy goodies from back home. One of them was a bunch of danggit, straight from Cebu.
I know, I know, danggit isn’t sour by far.
That is, unless you dunk it into some spicy Datu Puti vinegar.
