US1 stretches through the length of the US east coast from Florida to Maine. now, it has been eclipsed by the (much newer) interstate highway 95 (which runs parallel to US1 and is a much faster route), pero you can’t beat the history of US1.

April 23rd, 2008 at 11:40 amhi maya, this sign shows that we were currently at the end of a route, the US1 highway to be exact. the route runs for 2000 miles (or 3000 kms) from north to south of the US east coast, and we were at the southernmost point.
