For our 5th Anniversary last December, hubby and I took advantage of The Little Gym’s Parents Survival Night and left Ninna to play at the gym for three hours while we went out on a (rare, just the two of us) date.
We decided to go to the Seminole Paradise at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, FL, mainly because it’s one of our favorite hang-outs here in our area and, without Ninna in tow, we could finally explore it at our leisure.
There are a lot of restaurants to choose from - ranging from casual to fine dining - but we ultimately decided to try Bluepoint Ocean Grill, since hubby and I were in the mood for seafood.
The Grill boasted of fresh seafood, classic cocktails, warm surroundings and friendly service. They did not disappoint.
For starters, hubby and I tried the fried calamari (which was a bit oily, but still yummy) and for our main course, hubby had the Blackened Fresh Altantic Salmon, while I had the Crab-Stuffed Shrimps. Winner!
We sat at the restaurant’s balcony, overlooking the fountain area, so we were able to catch the fountain show that this Hard Rock Hotel is famous for.
(The best thing about that night though was, I won $200 at the slot machines, yey! Therefore, our dinner was as good as free, hehe!)
