I once mentioned to Weng that our faqmily had yet to find “our fave noodle house” here in our new home in FL. We used to have a favorite Vietnamese noodle house in NC - The Saigon Palace - which we went to whenever the we were craving for some authentic, steaming, tasteful Vietnamese noodles on depressingly cold days.
Until finally, hubby discovered Pho Hoa on SR7 during one of his field assignments. He brought Ninna and I there on our way to the Miami Car Show, which we were going to.
I ordered the Seafood Pho and the Spring Rolls, which Ninna and I shared (and loved!).
I also have to say that their food here was even more yummy than our old fave noodle house in NC. Bonus, they had a great exhaust system, too (which meant that we didn’t smell so much like our lunch afterwards, hehe).
Loved it.
